In working with client's to confront challenges and clarify new directions, experience has shown me that when you hook into the fears and concerns you loose your ability to work for the future and accomplish new goals.

 By coaching clients to make changes in their own innermost attitude, they learn to overcome their obstacles and create new possibilities for their future.

Developing a positive attitude does not mean that you ignore the problem. When you explore the problem objectively, you can then choose to use a Positive Attitude. This effort opens up your innate power to work creatively on new solutions.

The coaching contract can be set up to support you in the most basic professional and personal life challenges and goals. But I also ask clients to think more deeply about who they want to be as a person. Achieving material success and fame by giving up your values is not a great formula for creating lasting success and satisfaction.
