Personal or Professional Coaching:
Our life journey can be filled with difficult relationship problems, uncomfortable transitions and often many storms.  My experience as a coach tells me that you already have the knowledge and skills your need to deal with these difficult challenges. My job as your coach is to help you state the problem clearly and give you the feedback you need to make tough choices and changes.We will work together on your self limiting ideas. As we chip away at these obstacle, 'you' will begin to experience new strengths and ideas to allow you to create more success and well-being in your life and relationships.

Our professional lives today also present many challenges and confusing transitions. Clients say they like their work but have difficulty with the stress and demands of the changing markets and the complex systems in their organizations. In the coaching sessions we will work on assessing your strengths, skills and areas of success. We will also explore your areas of difficulty that may be standing in the way of the progress in your career.

For both the Personal and Professional Coaching, we can work on an individual basis. But often these issues can be powerfully explored in virtual groups.  If you have a group of friends or colleagues who are going through similar changes, I can create a virtual group focused on your special challenges. The virtual group allows each individual to receive the benefits of weekly sessions at a reduced rate. And you all have the convenience of being coached by telephone in your home or office.
